About Us

Baked LA is Southern California’s largest organic, vegan wholesale bakery. Opened in 2010 by Adam Leach, Baked LA began providing high quality pastries to local restaurants, coffee shops and juice bars. We now have our own dedicated vegan and organic facility guaranteeing that we can provide the highest quality and diversity of products while keeping costs low to make our product delicious and affordable.

Baked LA is dedicated to being eco friendly and community friendly practices, participating in food donation programs, community service while taking steps to decrease waste including composting, minimal impact packaging and using alternative fuel vehicles.
